ANR is a national agancy of which main mission is to selection and finance research projects to favour development of sciences and technology, favour cooperation between differents field, favour public private partnership, determine research priorities following governemental policy guidance. The ANR operate also within the "Programme d'Investissement d'Avenir" projects which concern research.
